Took some time 'off plan' for Easter holidays. A week up in Scotland with family and then a week at home. Got back on the scale for the first this morning was hugely surprised!!!

That amount of gain is amazing to me, knowing how much bread, cheese and booze I had on holiday. Plus the treats like icecreams, easter eggs etc. We had a very active holiday so I suppose that helped and I think I'm more used to being in a maintenance mode than I realise - so even when I'm having lots of treats, I'm still not as consuming as many calories as I think.
Next goal is another half stone. Aiming for 255lbs!!!
